Because it is pointless. The source is the same quality. The only difference is that one is from HD DVD, and the other is from Blu-ray Disc. LOLz.

This came out years ago in HD. RLS is just useless. China TV anyone? Pico files? Usenext ads? Please wait 8 seconds? Ads that shout things like helloo or congratulations? Enough.
